Shinfield Meadows is a residential development consisting of 1,200 apartments and houses and a considerable area of open space and SANG (Sustainable Alternative Natural Greenspace) in Reading.
Trinity are working with the consortium of developers and the landowner to facilitate the handover of this 10 year project in a manageable and phased manor. "Our experience of managing large estates ensures the service charge contributions for the residents and developer are kept within the budgeted figures, whilst our Service Charge team are able to assist by collecting SANG maintenance contributions for the Landowner".
Our New Business team meet regularly with the Consortium, Land Owners, Project Managers and Architects while our Handover and Operations Teams and supporting the Residents and developer Sales Teams.
Trinity Estates Property Management Ltd (Trinity) are one of the largest agents in England and Wales and is the largest part of the group. They have many years of working closely with the leading developers and housebuilders and have extensive knowledge of Residential Property Management.
But Trinity is not upto scratch as by these reviews: "The company fails to answer all questions put to them and keep increasing their service charge (in this case by over £600) and this it is okay to take it out of next month's Direct Debit. No seen work warrants these ridiculous price increases" one resident fumes.
"Absolute joke of a company. Can't do their own accounts properly, charge for stuff that you shouldn't have to pay for, no-reply email addresses so you can never get in touch with them". Another resident says.
